On Saturday, the 18th of April 2009 I am conducting a seminar of self defence at the Goodwin Sports hall in Sheffield.The three hour seminar will start at one o' clock and will consist solely of techniques to protect yourself and disable an attacker or attackers, this will become an essential part of the black belt syllabus for everyone in the mudo Academy. It is not a lesson in hapkido, although there will be elements in the course from this martial art.The course is open to all grades and ages. The cost of the course is ten Pounds payable to the British Hapkimudo Academy. All participating students will receive a certificate as a permanent record of attendance and will go towards your next Dan grading in Taekwondo.
I need to know who will be coming pretty quick because I have to book the hall in advance and it is not cheap.
